Zelmira Silva //
Zelmira leads InspIR Group’s ESG Advisory and Strategic Narratives practices, working with the Firm’s clients to deliver compelling integrated business and sustainability strategies across all stakeholder communications, with particular focus on the investment community. She collaborates with the Firm’s private and public clients to bring key messages into sharp focus through presenting a strong, clear story that calls for action within investor day, corporate and fundraising communications. Zelmira also leads a bilingual team of ESG communications and technical experts that provide guidance and support for clients in creating custom, focused and strategically relevant corporate ESG/sustainability reporting.
Zelmira is an economist with experience in market and investment research, private and public share offerings, as well as public policy development. As Head of the Research & Information Department at McKinsey & Co in both the Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile offices, she advised consultant teams on strategy, operations and organizational issues and oversaw the development of best practice examples and research to enable optimal client recommendations. She has developed equity analysis at a local consulting firm in Argentina and advised global investment banks and equity funds on valuation and M&A opportunities. She participated in the Argentine government as Chief Advisor at the Argentine Trade and Industry Office, also heading the government’s Investment Promotion Agency. She has worked as an independent consultant for the World Bank, providing industry competitiveness analyses.
Zelmira has taught corporate finance to Universidad Católica’s Business Administration students and is fluent in Spanish and English. She holds a BA in Economics from Universidad Católica Argentina and a Summa Cum Laude Executive MBA from IAE, Universidad Austral.
