Susan Borinelli //
Susan leads InspIR Group’s IR Advisory practice. She has over 25 years of experience in advising LatAm and Emerging Market companies in transparent message development, positioning, and investor relations best practices. She provides counsel on IPOs, including direct US listings and ADR programs, and has worked on some of the largest transactions in the LatAm region, including Banco Santander Mexico’s $81 Billion dual listing on the New York and Mexican Stock Exchanges and Nubank’s $52 Billion dual listing on the New York and Brazilian Stock Exchanges. Susan advises on disclosure, corporate governance, crisis situations and debt investor relations, among other areas. She assists her clients to implement best practices in integrated IR and Sustainability communications.
She joined InspIR from MBS Value Partners and prior to that she was a Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Breakstone Group, Investor Relations firms. Earlier, Susan was a Senior Vice President at Ludgate Communications and before that was Vice President of Investor Relations and a member of the corporate finance team at Disco S.A., one of Argentina’s leading food retailers and a subsidiary of Netherlands-based Royal Ahold N.V. Prior to Disco, Susan actively participated in the creation and development of the capital markets division of an Argentine investment house.
Susan received a five-year licentiate degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has taught corporate finance at the Business School of the Catholic University of Buenos Aires and microeconomics at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
