Priscila leads InspIR Brazil’s advisory and the Firm’s global research and investor access practices.  She has over 20 years of capital markets experience at renowned global and local investment banks, specializing in Latin American corporate access and equity research editorial. As a financial markets enthusiast and someone who is passionate about delivering standout corporate stories to the investment community through multi-format events, Priscila’s cross-border investor access practice encompasses rigorous investor targeting, industry benchmarking, high-touch buy-side and sell-side connectivity, and flawless logistics.  She also delivers insightful and results-driven market perception studies to her issuer clients.

Her previous position was at Goldman Sachs, as Vice President of the LatAm corporate access desk, providing corporates with national and international investor intelligence, while leading outreach services, including: bespoke trips to top-tiered institutional investors across Latin America, US and Canada, Europe and Asia; non-deal roadshows; flagship conferences and thematic gatherings; and field trips to Brazil and the Andean region. Prior to Goldman, Priscila was Head of Corporate Access & Equity Research Editorial at Brasil Plural and Safra investment banks. There she leveraged close relationships with investment bankers to create a cross-selling platform with innovative sector-themed conferences that blended pre-IPO companies, high-caliber industry experts and senior management of listed companies, in a joint effort to foster capital markets activity. As an equity research analyst and editor at UBS Pactual, Priscila authored the bank’s equity editorial and distribution best practices guide, participated in more than 20 IPOs, and was member of the Investment Review Committee (IRC) and the Control Room.

Priscila is a graduate of the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) with a BA in Languages and double major in Translation and Interpreting (English). She holds an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a post-graduate degree in English Language from PUC-Rio. In 2022, Priscila concluded the Exponential Business Administration (XBA) leadership program, a certification provided by Nova School of Business and Economics from Portugal and Brazilian Edtech Startse based in Silicon Valley. Priscila is fluent in English and conversational in French.
